"Cmon you can't tell me these aren't adorable?"
Leena giggled as she held up a pink baby onesie that had purple and white polka dots with ears on the hood. Anzelika couldn't help but agree with leena and be in absolute awe of the very tiny item of clothing.
Ivanna and leena decided to throw a mini baby shower for Anzelika, inviting Anzelikas aunt, Odna and even Leena's sister Vira. Anzelika was a mix of emotions, aside from her bipolar and pregnancy hormones. She kept reflecting on how her life before Germany. No friends, no luck in love not that she ever tried, seeing how she couldn't bring herself to feel any so called severe emotion. The only friend she ever had was Ky, which she didn't count sometimes seeing how he was her brother. Now she sat in her living room, pregnant and engaged to a man who she swore was gods creation and the finest man to exist. She had 3 new brothers and even a woman she counted as a sister as well. And now she was going to be bringing 2 beings into the world, something she wouldn't have imagined herself doing years ago. Although there were things that happened in the last year and a half that broke her over and over, she found herself being put back together with the help of her family.
"Ok what about this one?" Vira giggled as she held up a red sweater with a duck embroidered on the chest.
"Oh my goodness how can someone be this tiny?!" Anzelika sqeauled as she grabbed the sweater from Vira. They hadn't even known each other for an hour but the two woman clicked very well, which made leena and Ivanna happy, knowing how Anzelika had been with people. She was getting better with socializing and such but that didn't stop her from keeping up a barrier she wish she didn't have to have up so much. Leena looked very much like her sister but Vira's face and stature was more mature, more definded. Her eyes were a deep gray almost brown and held a deep look, that softened from time to time. She had spent some of baby shower so far giving Anzelika helpful tips and advice for her further journey into pregnanc since Vira had already had 2 kids herself.
"Anzelika believe it or not you were that tiny" Ivanna said chuckling and rubbing her daughters back.
"I swear I could fit you in the palm of my hand" Odna said, shaking her head and holding up her hand.
Anzelika barley rolled her eyes. She had always been a tall child and as she grew, so did her muscle and build. She stood almost 6 foot so she couldn't believe her mother or her aunts words.
"Mama I am like the jolly green giant there is no way I was this tiny" Anzelika said as she shook the red sweater in her hands. Everyone laughed as Anzelika put a few items of clothing to the side. She noticed a few light blue colored bags and a small gray one sitting near the edge of the couch. She furrowed her brows at the bags, curious.
"Those are from the boys, they had them delivered this morning" Leena said, noticing Anzelikas curiosity and hopping over to the bags. Each blue bag had one of the boys names on it and the small gray one was from Ky.
She gave her mother a childish grin, who chuckled at her daughters silliness as leena set the bags in front of her.
The first bag was from Gustav. She let out a laugh as she revealed a small tokio hotel t-shirt that was obviously special made. She giggled uncontrollably as she showed the rest of the girls who joined in her fit of giggles. She truly loved Gustav's gift. It was so personal and sweet and downright adorable. She then let out a gasped awe as she pulled out another garment from Gustav's bag. It was a small knitted romper made with a beautiful dark gray material with the words "little man" on the front.
"Oh my goodness I love that sweet boy" Ivanna said as she grabbed the romper from Anzelikas hands, showing it to her sister. Odna and Ivanna were close growing up but as years passed, they grew apart and it was rare on occasions like this they would reconnect. Although when they did it was like they never stopped talking. Odna had lost her daughter at a young age and her husband a few years ago, along with her mother so she shut down. It did warm Anzelikas heart seeing her aunt now conversing and coming out of her shell, even though she noticed Odna was a bit hesitant doing so.
