What is the phone number for TCNJ records and registration? ›

If you are having log-in problems or you cannot remember your login information, contact the Helpdesk at (609)771-2660. For any special requests, contact the Transcript Department at (609)771-2825.

You must contact that school, even if it has changed location; You attended a degree granting college or university that closed. If the college or university was located in New Jersey, visit the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education for the location of the records; You attended a four-year nursing program; or.

The College of New Jersey / Acceptance rate

Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification. Sound simple? It is!

Prior to closing, a school is required to make accommodations to allow you to access your academic records indefinitely. The school must communicate information about how to obtain your academic transcripts once the location has been determined.

College transcripts do not expire and schools are obligated to maintain transcripts for all students who have enrolled in and attended their institution — regardless of whether or not that student graduated.

What if I can't get my college transcript? ›

If your school withholds your official transcript, request an unofficial transcript; the school must provide you with one, and it might satisfy the requirements of an employer or another college you're applying to.

Centennial Hall

Centennial has some of the most spacious double rooms on campus with large, floor to ceiling windows and great views of Lake Sylva, the TCNJ library, or the inner grassy courtyard.
