This key bd of service is hard to find in small practices but is absolutely phenomenal in one as large as UAB. The neuro surgical team, in my opinion, is the best of the best!!!

Great experience. No one likes to go to the doctor but they make the experience a pleasant one

Front desk personnel are not as warm and friendly as the medical personnel and they are the front line. Medical personnel an absolute 10, reception staff a 2 at best, honestly.

All bathrooms are dirty and present a terrible impression regarding sanitation and cleanliness. Public bathrooms on first and fourth level needed attention and even the one across the hall from the exam room needed cleaning.

Glad the mask requirement is gone.
